Techo Mistri is a service provider company and the refund is an entity based on satisfaction and goods. Therefore, we have no policy promoting any refund on any of our services. Hence, there is no cancellation once subscribed to our Annual Maintenance plan; the customer has to comply with the firm.

In case of non-satisfaction and complaints, an enquiry will be made through info@techomistri.com . After the registration of complaint, it will be reviewed by the designated personal at Techo Mistri and on the basis of non-serviceable and un-availability of Techo professionals ‘refund’ if required will be thereafter generated to the official bank account of the payee.
